Downstairs are a living room, dining area, large open-plan kitchen, single bedroom, bathroom, and artist's studio with worktable and easel. Upstairs are four bedrooms (two interconnecting) and a bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans; two bedrooms and the kitchen have air conditioning. Terraces and balconies provide play areas for children and quiet places to relax. There is a small outdoor basketball court and indoor table tennis in an adjacent storeroom. Ideal for hikes through olive groves and wildflowers. Guest access Guests have the entire main house. The lower ground floor and adjacent storeroom stay locked, except for the table tennis area. Occupancy is strictly limited to the six beds provided. Explore the grove, visit the natural spring, and pick seasonal fruit. Supervise children at all times: the partly fenced grounds contain rural animals and uncovered irrigation cisterns. Other things to note Tap and spring water are safe for washing but not drinking; drink bottled water. The uncovered outdoor cisterns are strictly off-limits. A groundskeeper visits every ten days in summer to water trees and help with house issues. Summer fire risk is extreme: take utmost care when smoking. Outdoor fires and barbecues are strictly prohibited by law. A burglar alarm is provided; activating it when away is strongly recommended.
